Taco Soup

1 lb. ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
1 package of taco seasoning
1-15 oz. can diced tomatoes
1-15 oz. can corn
1-15 oz. can kidney beans, drained
1-15 oz. can pinto beans, drained
4 cups of water

Brown ground beef and onion in a skillet, then drain. Place ground beef mixture, taco seasoning, tomatoes, corn , kidney beans, pinto beans and water in a pan on the stove. Simmer for 30-40 minutes.

To Freeze: Place in Freezer Bags and Freeze Flat
To Serve: Thaw soup and heat thoroughly in a sauce pan.

Can serve with:
Grated cheddar cheese
Sour cream
Frito's corn chips
Corn bread

    Only complaint...lots of beans :) but still pretty tasty
