Our Rules and Guidelines:

1. Prepare 5 Freezer Meals each month
    (1 for each member of the group and 1 to share with a family in need)
2. Meals should cost $10-$15 per meal and feed a normal family of 4
    (unless your group agrees on a different amount or number)
3. Label meals with Name of dish and instruction
    (example: cooking temp and time)
4. Bring meals and copies of the Recipe to your Exchange (Working on Dates)
    a. Bring Dessert on your designated month(Working on Dates)
5. Have fun and Enjoy them Meals
